Organic Thyme Honey

BLOMST&BI ORGANIC THYME HONEY FROM CRETE  [300 gr. / 500 gr.]

Raw, unfiltered thyme honey from beehives in the mountains of Crete. With more than 50 years of experience in beekeeping, the honey is harvested from the rich and untouched flora in the Cretan mountains near Chania. The bees roam freely in a biodiverse landscape where wild thyme covers the hillsides. The honey is raw and unpasteurized to preserve enzymes, antioxidants, and natural nutrients. Certified organic.

Serve over Greek yogurt, cheese, or bread. Excellent as a natural sweetener in tea. Use in marinades and dressings or as a glaze for oven dishes. Crystallization is a natural sign of high-quality raw honey — gently warm in a water bath to restore liquid consistency.
