Rugosa Rose Vinegar from Bornholm Vinegar is a unique combination of pear cider vinegar infused with rugosa roses. It has an enchanting, aromatic taste and smells like a warm summer evening along the coast of Bornholm. It is perfect for delicate servings, such as raw oysters, ceviche and salads, where the aromatic notes should be highlighted.
It is a vinegar with personality — floral, slightly acidic and with a beautiful, natural color. It is reminiscent of walking along a Bornholm coast in August.
Use it for: Dressings for light summer salads, as a flavoring element in berry desserts, or in drinks with sparkling water and ice. Try it over fresh strawberries
Tea:
Use rugosa rose vinegar as a flavoring in tea, for example chamomile, herbal tea or hibiscus.
