Apple cider vinegar
from Bornholm Vinegar 250 ml.
An accessible and versatile starter vinegar for the curious. Made from apple cider from Bornholm apples, aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 2 years, with a fresh and fruity acidity and a round, slightly sweet aftertaste. Neither sharp nor one-dimensional – it fits in most dishes. It is made from apples, and nothing else. Apples pressed into apple juice, fermented into apple cider, fermented into apple cider vinegar.
Use it for: Dressings, pickles, light sauces, marinades for chicken and pork, or dissolved in cold water as a refreshing shrub drink.
It is perfect for salads, marinades and as a flavour enhancer in baked dishes.
